Our February 2018 Meeting marks the 7th anniversary of Sisters U, and we've got a lot to celebrate! Seven years of connecting and empowering individual women to be their authentic selves and reach their full potential is an accomplishment we can all be very proud of. Let's look back at how far Sisters U has come and get energized for our future. 

Join us for an evening of wine tasting with a professional sommelier, Jeff Poli. From New York City's Windows on the World to Philadelphia's Le Bec Fin, Jeff has guided many to the perfect wine pairings. He currently leads monthly wine tasting and education groups and clubs.

Please note: Due to the wine tasting, the price points are a little different for this month’s meeting: $20.00 for Sisters U Members and $25.00 for Guests of Sisters U. The maximum attendance will be set at 30 and we must have your registration by Monday, February 12, 2018. Join us on Saturday, June 17th from 3:00 - 5:00pm for the first Sisters U Professional Head Shot Photo Event with our wonderful photographer, Amy McDermott of Heart & Soul Portraits in her New Britain studio. Each session is 10-15 minutes, so appointments are limited to (8) eight. The cost of the professional headshot is $40.00 - payable to Amy at the event - which includes:

  • One pre-shoot phone consultation with Amy
  • A 10-15 minute photo shoot including a white backdrop;
  • A choice of one fully edited digital photo file - sized for print and digital (website) use

We'll also have light snacks & wine, plus the opportunity to socialize with other Sisters U members.

June 2017 Monthly Meeting: Find the WOW in Your NOW

It’s another day. You’re up early, grab your coffee, take your shower and head out to work. You return home, exhausted, to fit more into your day. Some good. Some bad. Family responsibilities or dating troubles, or wait, what date? Children need to be driven here and there and maybe married life is great but maybe, well, maybe it’s not right now.
